How to download and install Office 2024 LTSC

An example of how to download and install Office 2024 LTSC, Visio, Project and Skype for Business.

• Download the latest Office Deployment Tool.

• Run it and unpack it somewhere.

• Go to that folder and edit the config. As an example, configuration.xml:

• Download the files:

setup.exe /download configuration.xml

If it complains that it cannot download, you can try doing this:

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentConfigs\Ecs" /v "CountryCode" /t REG_SZ /d "std::wstring|US" /f

• Install Office:

setup.exe /configure configuration.xml

• Activate (use at your own risk, just for experiments 😉 ):

irm https://get.activated.win | iex

I chose TSForge from the menu.
